The Grand Tetons were the most beautiful mountains I have ever seen. Even though it was the first week in July, they were still scattered with patches of snow across the peaks. The melting snow created many active waterfalls, which made hiking the trails even more exciting.


You could see the top of the Tetons from many areas of Yellowstone National Park and they were always a welcomed site. "Wow!" became my favorite word to describe them. Pictures just don't do them justice, but I certainly tried.
